Hi – sorry about the delay in replying! If you buy a working Atari 2600 Driving controller, it will work as a spinner. Otherwise, you just connect the 2 bits output of a 24 ppr (or lower) rotary encoder to Vectrex buttons 1+2 and connect to port 2.
